The NCB-EL Network Combiner Module is a member of CTI Product's family of WON™Wide Operating Network devices. When used in conjunction an Ethernet LAN, the NCB-EL allows multiple LonWorks networks to be connected in real time, using the Ethernet to extend the networks.

The NCB-Async Network Combiner Module is a member of CTI Product's family of WON™ Wide Operating Network devices that, when used in pairs, allows multiple LonWorks networks to be connected in real time, spanning distances beyond the reach of conventional LonWorks network wiring.
The communication channel spanning the distance between local LonWorks networks can be any serial communication link supporting RS232 asynchronous serial data, such as fractional T1, X.25, or microwave digital channel banks. Data transfer between distant networks via an NCB-Async module pair is "live", delayed only by the transit time through the routers and the data rate across the serial link.

The NCB-RF Network Combiner Module is a member of CTI Product's growing family of WONª Wide Operating Network devices that, when used in pairs, allows multiple LonWorks networks to be connected in real time, spanning distances beyond the reach of conventional wiring. Radios are used to span the distance between LonWorks Networks. No cabling is necessary between these radios. Data transfer between distant networks via an NCB-RF module pair is "live", delayed only by the transit time through the routers and the data rate across the RF link.
